About Eco Erdene

Quality begins with the land itself.

For 26 years, we have been processing naturally sourced raw materials by combining traditional methods with modern technology, producing products with a strong focus on quality, safety, and natural characteristics.

Eco Erdene has extensive experience in introducing Mongolian products to international markets and developing export opportunities. We were the first Mongolian producer to export pure sea buckthorn juice to Japan, and we have also supplied blueberry jam to the South Korean market.

A third-generation family business.

Founded in 2000 by Food Technologist and Engineer B. Bilgee, a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Food Technology with more than 50 years of industry experience, Eco Erdene LLC was among the first companies in Mongolia to industrially process wild fruits and berries.

Recognizing the value of Mongolia’s natural resources, including sea buckthorn, lingonberry, and blueberry, she established the company with a vision to create high-quality, natural food products while preserving their authentic taste and nutritional value.

Starting from two small rented rooms in Ulaanbaatar, Eco Erdene has grown into a leading producer of wild fruit products through 26 years of family dedication, innovation, and expertise.

Today, the company continues as a third-generation family business.

Natural treasures

Mongolia’s harsh climate and vast, pristine natural environment provide unique conditions for wild fruits and berries to grow naturally and develop their distinctive flavors, colors, aromas, and nutritional qualities.

Our key raw materials — lingonberries, blueberries, and sea buckthorn — are naturally grown across different regions of Mongolia. We place strong emphasis on the origin, quality, and careful processing of our raw materials.

We source our raw materials from suppliers who collect and prepare them in an environmentally responsible manner. Throughout the process, we pay close attention to their origin, quality, and handling.
